Estoppels
Estoppel Certificates pursuant to Chap 718 State Statutes may be obtained by Title Companies and Finance Companies by forwarding a written request to manager@sanmarinobaycondos.com.
Association Management will respond with instructions on submitting the required pre-pay fee and will provide the Certificate upon receipt of the required fee and within the statutory period allowed or sooner.
